I spent a good 10 minutes trying to use the 'Free Purchase Order Generator.' But when you hit submit, absolutely nothing happens. The site claims, 'your document is being emailed to your email address.' So, you end up refreshing your inbox like a maniac for 10 minutes, and guess what? There's nothing there. You even try sending the form again with a different email. Still nothing. Then, you decide to call their customer service, and you get a robotic phone menu that’s totally useless. Every option you select just says 'invalid entry.' So, that’s another 10 minutes down the drain. In total, you've wasted half an hour of my time. It’s frustrating that you can’t even create a basic PDF generator. Honestly, I hope you folks go out of business. Seriously, f*** you!!

It's simple to operate and effective. Procurify has made our procurement process smoother and allows us to buy nearly anything with ease. Everyone, from the purchasing team to requesters and buyers like myself, appreciates how user-friendly it is.

Procurify is quite handy, but the fact that you can't check another account within the same Department causes a bit of a hold-up if someone is out. Plus, finding online support docs while placing orders could definitely be simpler.

I think the software is pretty easy to navigate, and the folks at Procurify really excel at helping you get started and ensuring your team is all set. I'd totally suggest giving it a try!

This app makes it super easy to whip up a purchasing requisition and send it off for approval. One area that could use some work is that once the PO is made, I can't reprint or resend it to my contractor.

Procurify has truly made a difference in how we handle our procurement process. As a small business, we used to send around spreadsheet-based purchase orders via email until they got the green light, and then off to the supplier they went. We were always busy getting approvals from accounting and sharing our packing slips. Now, everything from ordering to approvals, receiving, and communicating with accounting has seen a major upgrade. It’s taken a load off our team and really ramped up our overall efficiency.

This tool is pretty effective for a bunch of different things. There are times when it can be a bit annoying, like when you need to duplicate an order and end up having to re-enter all those account codes, but it's manageable. Occasionally, the dropdown search results don’t give the correct answer either.

It would be super helpful if you could roll out the "Purchase Agreements" feature that was hinted at last fall. We often deal with annual agreements that get billed monthly, and having to add or duplicate orders and create purchase orders afterward can get pretty tiresome after doing it a few dozen times.

This thing is super easy to navigate. I found everything I needed without any hassle.

Procurify serves its purpose if you're after a straightforward tool for basic procurement, accounts payable, and expense reporting. However, until significant updates roll out, I wouldn't recommend it for those aiming to elevate their procurement processes.

Pros: You can set up approval workflows, it generates a decent paper purchase order for suppliers, and you can communicate with them via email.

Cons: There’s a lack of data integrity and management features, reporting options are pretty limited, and the setup can be a real hassle. Plus, there aren’t many technical resources available for clients, and it’s a bit of a 'garbage in, garbage out' situation with its mass upload features. The expense approval and reporting aspects really need improvement.

This tool might work for smaller organizations, but it doesn’t seem like Procurify can keep up as a business grows. The limited outreach to grasp your organization's needs means you’re left to figure out the configuration on your own, which can lead to some serious headaches.

Procurify is an awesome tool that has really assisted us in handling our internal spending workflows. It does take a bit of time to get the hang of it, but their onboarding crew is super helpful.

Make sure to be patient and get your whole team familiar with how to navigate it. If you've got a complicated purchasing system that needs simplifying, you should definitely give procurify a look.

And don’t forget to check out the mobile app as well. It’s 2020, after all.
